Abdominal Strength & Core Conditioning
Functional core exercises, controlled resistance and conditioning to strengthen the abs, lower back and overall stability.
What this program is about
Your core is the engine of every movement you make. Not just the visible abs, but the deep stabilisers that hold your spine together, transfer force between your upper and lower body and keep you upright when life gets unpredictable.
Most core training people do is waste of time. Endless sit-ups train the superficial abs in isolation while ignoring the deeper system that actually protects your back and powers your movement.
This program rebuilds the core the way it was meant to function: anti-extension, anti-rotation, anti-lateral flexion, plus controlled dynamic work. The result is a torso that looks better, feels stronger and stops hurting.
What you get out of it
- Strengthen abdominal and core muscles
- Improve posture and stability
- Support lower back health
- Increase balance and coordination
- Enhance athletic performance
- Assist with fat loss and body toning

Common questions
Will this help my lower back pain?
For most non-specific lower back pain, yes. A weak core is the most common underlying cause. That said, if you're under medical care, bring your physio's guidance and I'll work within it. Always get cleared for exercise first.
How soon will I see abdominal definition?
Definition comes from a combination of muscle development and body fat reduction. You'll feel stronger within 3-4 weeks. Visible definition typically appears at 12-15% body fat for men and 20-23% for women, which takes 12-24 weeks depending on your starting point.
I've had a baby. Is this safe for me?
Yes, with the right progression. I'm pre and postnatal trained. We start with deep core restoration, diastasis recti checks and pelvic floor work before any loaded exercise. The first 6-12 weeks are about rebuilding, not pushing.
Do I need any equipment at home?
No. The studio has everything we need. If you want to train at home between sessions, I'll give you a short bodyweight routine you can do in 10 minutes a day with zero equipment.
