I've always had a passion for movement. With a background in athletics and running, I became a Level 3 certified personal trainer and dedicated my life to helping others improve their health through it.
After ten years working in gyms across London and coaching private clients, I've guided hundreds of people through personalised training focused on kettlebells, bodyweight, running, mobility and holistic health.
