Common questions
Do I have to count calories?
Not forever. We start with calorie and protein awareness so you understand what you are actually eating, then transition to habit-based eating once the foundations are in place. Some clients prefer to track long-term, others prefer to leave it behind. Both approaches work.
What diet do you follow? Keto, intermittent fasting, plant-based?
I do not follow any single diet philosophy. The best diet is the one you can stick to. We build the approach around your preferences, your culture, your schedule and your goals. If you love carbs, we keep carbs. If you do not eat meat, we work with that.
How fast can I lose weight?
A sustainable rate of fat loss is 0.5-1% of body weight per week. Faster than that usually means muscle loss, water loss or a plan you cannot maintain. Slow and steady wins. Most clients lose 4-8kg in the first 12 weeks while improving strength.
Can you help me with meal prep?
Yes. I provide simple, repeatable meal templates, batch-cooking strategies and shopping lists that fit your schedule. The goal is to make eating well easier than eating badly, not to add another chore to your week.
