Energise 50+
Safe, supportive fitness for adults 50+ focused on mobility, balance, strength and long-term wellbeing.
What this program is about
After 50, the rules of training change. Muscle mass declines faster if you do not train it. Bone density drops. Balance and mobility erode quietly until one day getting up from the floor feels like a project. None of this is inevitable. It is reversible, and the right training slows it dramatically.
Energise 50+ is built for the body you actually have right now, not the one you had at 25. Sessions focus on the four pillars that matter most after 50: mobility, strength, balance and cardiovascular health, all delivered at an intensity that builds you up rather than breaking you down.
Whether you are returning to exercise after years away, managing aches and pains, or just want to keep doing the things you love without your body complaining, this program meets you where you are and builds forward from there.

Common questions
I haven't exercised in years. Is this safe for me?
Yes. The program is built specifically for people returning to exercise. We start with a thorough assessment and progress at your pace. Every movement is scaled to your current ability and adjusted based on how your body responds.
I have arthritis. Can I still train?
In most cases, yes. Controlled movement is one of the best things you can do for arthritis. We avoid movements that aggravate your joints and focus on those that build the support around them. Always check with your GP first if you are unsure.
Will I be training with young people?
No. Energise 50+ sessions are private or in small groups of similar ability. The studio environment is calm, focused and respectful. No loud music, no posturing, no pressure.
How long until I feel a difference?
Most clients report feeling more energetic and sleeping better within 2-3 weeks. Mobility improvements come within 4-6 weeks. Visible changes in strength and body composition typically show at 8-12 weeks.
